This Return and Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds may be issued for our travel planning consultation services.

Nature of Our Services

Our services are professional consultation and planning services. Unlike physical products, consultation services involve the expenditure of time, expertise, and resources that cannot be physically returned. Our team invests significant effort in research, analysis, and planning for each client engagement.

Given the nature of our services, we encourage all potential clients to thoroughly review our service descriptions, consultation process, and deliverables before making a purchase. We also offer complimentary initial consultations to help you determine if our services are right for your needs.

Refund Eligibility

Full Refund Conditions

You may be eligible for a full refund under the following circumstances:

  • Cancellation Before Work Begins: If you cancel your consultation service within 48 hours of purchase and before we have begun any work on your project, you are entitled to a full refund of the purchase price.
  • Service Not Delivered: If we fail to deliver the agreed-upon consultation services within the stated timeframe without prior communication, you may request a full refund.
  • Duplicate Charges: If you were accidentally charged more than once for the same service, we will refund the duplicate charge immediately upon verification.

Partial Refund Conditions

A partial refund may be issued in the following situations:

  • Cancellation After Work Has Begun: If you cancel after work has commenced but before completion, a partial refund may be issued based on the percentage of work not yet completed. The amount will be determined at our discretion based on the work already performed.
  • Service Modifications: If you request a significant reduction in the scope of services after purchase, we may issue a partial refund for the unused portion of the service package.
  • Quality Concerns: If you are unsatisfied with the quality of our deliverables and we are unable to resolve your concerns through revisions, we may offer a partial refund at our discretion.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will generally not be issued in the following cases:

  • Services that have been fully delivered according to the agreed specifications
  • Cancellations requested after the completion of the consultation or delivery of the itinerary
  • Dissatisfaction due to changes in your travel plans or personal circumstances
  • Issues arising from third-party services, vendors, or travel suppliers that we recommended
  • Requests made more than 30 days after the service was delivered
  • Services where you failed to provide necessary information despite multiple requests

Refund Request Process

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  • Step 2: Provide your order confirmation number, the date of purchase, and a detailed explanation of your refund request.
  • Step 3: Our team will review your request and respond within 5 business days with a decision or any additional questions.
  • Step 4: If approved, the refund will be processed using the original payment method within 10 business days.

Revision Policy

Before requesting a refund due to dissatisfaction, we encourage you to take advantage of our revision policy. Most of our service packages include revision rounds, and we are committed to working with you to ensure your satisfaction.

  • Essential Package: Includes one round of revisions
  • Comprehensive Package: Includes three rounds of revisions
  • Premium Package: Includes unlimited revisions

Revisions must be requested within 14 days of receiving the initial deliverables. Revision requests should be specific and actionable to help us address your concerns effectively.

Service Credits

In some cases, instead of a monetary refund, we may offer service credits that can be applied to future purchases. Service credits are valid for 12 months from the date of issue and cannot be exchanged for cash. We may offer service credits when:

  • You need to postpone your travel planning to a later date
  • You wish to change the destination or type of trip
  • There are circumstances outside our control that affect your original plans
  • You prefer to maintain a relationship for future travel planning needs

Chargebacks and Disputes

We encourage you to contact us directly to resolve any issues before initiating a chargeback with your financial institution. Chargebacks are costly and time-consuming for all parties involved. If you believe you are entitled to a refund, please reach out to our customer service team first.

If a chargeback is initiated without first contacting us, we reserve the right to dispute the chargeback and provide evidence of services rendered. This may result in delays and additional complications that could be avoided through direct communication.

Exceptional Circumstances

We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise that affect your travel plans. In cases of documented emergencies or extraordinary situations, we will consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis, even if they fall outside the standard refund criteria. Examples may include:

  • Serious illness or injury affecting the client or immediate family members
  • Natural disasters or civil unrest at the planned destination
  • Government-issued travel restrictions or advisories
  • Other documented emergencies that make travel impossible

Documentation may be required to support claims of exceptional circumstances.
